Team Lincoln and the Fight Against Breast Cancer

For the second time, my son Charles and I walked the Susan G. Komen 3-Day. In 2011, we walked the 3-Day in Washington, DC, through very wet weather. In 2015, we fought wet weather again on our 20-mile trek each day for a total of 60 miles through Philadelphia, PA.

I'm thrilled to say we finished! Just love Philadelphia! All along the route people were cheering and the merchants fed us with their specialties even with the 5 inches of rain we had on the first day. Thanks for all the well wishes and donations! 

Our goal is to raise awareness and funding to battle breast cancer. This miserable disease has affected my family and too many of my friends. Please join us in our commitment to end breast cancer.
